Job Description

Office Operations Manager About the Company Raegan Ford Design is a nationally recognized interior design firm specializing in Greek housing. We are a collaborative, fast-paced design firm seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Office Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our growing team. Position Summary The Office Operations Manager will oversee office operations, administrative systems, team support, and technology support for the firm. This role is highly integrated into the day-to-day operations of the business and requires someone who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple systems and priorities simultaneously. This position will work directly to the owner of the company. This position will support key administrative functions including payroll support, PTO tracking, and office purchasing, while supporting operational processes across the firm. This role will be responsible for supporting the setup, organization, maintenance, and ongoing management of Monday.com boards. The ideal candidate is operationally minded, highly dependable, tech-savvy, and thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Assist with payroll support and PTO tracking Coordinate office purchasing Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed Monday.com Management Manage and maintain Monday.com on a daily basis Create and organize Monday.com project boards Support team-wide organization, accountability, and workflow coordination through Monday.com Office Operations Oversee daily office organization and operations Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and FedEx runs Manage office equipment and printer maintenance Maintain kitchen/snack inventory and office supplies Help maintain overall office organization, efficiency, and day-to-day operational flow Firm & Team Support Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for team members Assist with employee handbook updates Support company events, birthdays, anniversaries, and team celebrations Manage office phone and company email communications Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination Technology & Systems • Coordinate with the firm's internal IT support team to assist with and help manage the following: Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Zoom setup Assist with basic computer and workstation setup Manage software licenses, logins, and shared systems Support printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, and general office technology infrastructure Assist in troubleshooting office technology and day-to-day technical issues Maintain cloud storage systems and digital organization across the firm Required Experience Strong working knowledge of Monday.com ( required ) 5-8+ years of office operations, administrative, office management, or operations experience Experience supporting payroll administration and PTO tracking/management Strong Microsoft 365 and Outlook experience Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding and office systems Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting office systems and technology Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and ability to anticipate team and office needs High attention to detail and strong follow-through Software Experience Monday.com Microsoft 365 / Outlook Excel QuickBooks Zoom Adobe Acrobat Preferred Experience Experience working in an interior design, architecture, or creative firm environment Experience supporting a collaborative professional team Familiarity with project management systems and operational workflows
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$65,000-$75,000 DOE PTO + paid holidays Health benefits contribution Growth opportunities within the firm Collaborative and creative firm environment
