  • so $20
  • 24/hour effective at full bonus We're Breez Dental , an award-winning and family-owned general dentistry practice in Surprise, Arizona — and we're looking for an upbeat, organized, detail-oriented, and people-loving Front Office Administrator to become the heart of our patient experience.
This isn't your typical "answer the phone and file paperwork" job. You'll be the person who sets the tone for every patient visit — from the first phone call to the friendly goodbye. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly, genuinely enjoy connecting with people, catch the small details others miss, and get a little thrill from a perfectly organized schedule, keep reading.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Owning the schedule — booking, confirming, and managing patient appointments so the day flows like clockwork Being the voice patients hear first — answering calls with warmth, professionalism, and a smile they can hear through the phone Coordinating provider schedules to keep the clinical team productive and on track Handling insurance verifications and keeping patient records accurate and up to date — precision matters here Managing the front desk experience from check-in to check-out, including payments Keeping the reception area welcoming, organized, and running efficiently Double-checking the details that keep a dental office out of trouble — from patient information to billing accuracy You Might Be a
Great Fit If You:

You If:
You prefer to work independently with minimal patient interaction — this role is people-facing all day long Details aren't really your thing — in a dental office, one wrong digit on an insurance ID or a scheduling mix-up can snowball fast You need constant direction to stay on task — we're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and does it You're looking for a quiet, low-energy workplace — our front desk stays busy, and we like it that way Workplace drama is something you bring rather than avoid — our team culture matters to us, and we protect it Accountability isn't your strong suit — when mistakes happen (they happen to everyone), we own them, fix them, and move on What's In It for
