Office Administrator
LOCATION
Tempe, AZ
POSITION SUMMMARY
The Office Administrator position is responsible for overall front office activities and support of OTS Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Manages all front office activities for a busy OTS department, including shipping and receiving. Coordinates with managers and employees to share office resources and accommodate urgent requests. Responsible for the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities. Managers the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc. in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions. Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment, including copier/printer/fax/scanner, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine etc. Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and restocking consumable items such as coffee, bottled water, copy paper, etc.) Participates as needed in special department projects such as preparation of project proposals, and submittals. While generally focused on the needs of the office the ideal candidate will also be able to provide general and occasional support to, and build rapport with, office Executives.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience (Desired): Bachelor's degree or equivalent At least 2 years of office management experience At least 2 years of call handling/forwarding experience Experience in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of mail/shipping processes (postage software, FedEx, UPS)
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.

This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, laptops, phones, plotters, multifunctional copy/scan/print/fax machines and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
