Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure optimal productivity and patient satisfaction Manage medical records, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and patient management software to guarantee accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations Coordinate treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers, ensuring patients understand their procedures and follow-up care Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance on medical administrative support, human resources functions, and customer service excellence Handle fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, medical billing, coding accuracy, and financial reporting to support practice sustainability Ensure compliance with health regulation policies including JCAHO standards, HIPAA privacy rules, and managed care requirements Support clinical staff by managing medical supplies inventory, assisting with EMR/EHR system updates, and facilitating staff training on new healthcare management tools Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management within a clinical setting Strong background in dental or medical office environments with familiarity in Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar EMR/EHR systems Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams of healthcare professionals or administrative staff Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and health policy standards such as JCAHO accreditation requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with customer service expertise to foster positive patient interactions Experience in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing processes Acute care or hospital experience is a plus; familiarity with managed care and utilization management is highly desirable Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare practice workflows Join us in a role where your leadership fuels operational excellence while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
