We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Branch Support Representative to help deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of our branch.
Position Summary:
Answer high-volume, multi-line phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude. Assist customers with scheduling, payments, billing questions, and service requests. Coordinate daily schedules and service appointments using company software (training provided). Process service and sales transactions accurately. Scan, file, and maintain organized office records. Support daily administrative tasks and branch operations. Provide exceptional customer service to both customers and team members.
Additional Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software
