Full Job Description Role Overview:
This position is for licensed mental health providers offering in-person sessions, with a focus on delivering high-quality care while managing administrative tasks. Providers will have autonomy over their schedules and client load, supporting both in-person and telehealth modalities.
Responsibilities:
Create a tailored provider profile to attract suitable clients, deliver consistent evidence-based care following shared standards, actively engage clients with clinical measures, and utilize provided tools to track outcomes. Manage in-person sessions in a designated office space.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California, with the ability to conduct in-person therapy. Strong clinical skills, autonomy, and commitment to quality care are essential.
