Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members using productivity software and calendar tools Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Word processing, and other Microsoft Office applications Handle clerical tasks such as filing, document preparation, and managing correspondence to ensure organizational efficiency Support office management activities by overseeing supply inventory, organizing files, and maintaining office equipment functionality Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, supporting client communication efforts, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements or special project support to enhance overall productivity Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software and spreadsheets Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new technical tools or software platforms Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for managing financial records Strong multi-tasking abilities with effective time management skills in fast-paced environments Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to support diverse client and team communication Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles demonstrating professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Join us as an Office Administrator and become an essential part of our vibrant team!
