Temporary-to-Permanent We are partnering with a leading investment firm to identify a highly organized, professional, and collaborative Office Administrator to join their Workplace Services team in Menlo Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace environment and takes pride in providing exceptional support to employees and guests. The position will initially be temporary, with the expectation that it may transition to a permanent opportunity based on performance and business needs.
•Please note this is an onsite, temp to perm opportunity. Pay will be $35-$40/hour.
•What You'll Do As a member of the Workplace Services team, you will help ensure the day-to-day office environment operates smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities may include:
Support the Workplace Services team with daily office operations and administrative needs. Help maintain a welcoming and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Assist with meeting room setup, office events, catering, and other workplace-related activities. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed. Help manage office supplies, inventory, deliveries, and general office organization. Provide administrative support to the Workplace Services team. Assist with special projects and other office-related initiatives as needed. Collaborate closely with team members across the organization to ensure a positive employee and visitor experience. Occasionally provide support at the company's San Francisco office. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, polished, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You will be successful in this role if you: Have prior experience in office administration, workplace services, hospitality, facilities, or a related field. Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism. Are collaborative, approachable, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team. Have a proactive, can-do attitude and are willing to jump in wherever needed. Pay close attention to detail and take ownership of your responsibilities. Are comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday in Menlo Park. Are flexible and willing to occasionally support the San Francisco office. Why This Opportunity?
