Office Manager
MUST HAVE RESTORATION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
- $60,000
- 75,000 plus Medical, 401k, PTO Full-Time | In-Office (no remote work) Beverly Hills, CA
- Help bring structure and accountability to a growing restoration operation.
- What We're Looking For Property / disaster restoration experience is required.
- The Right Person You're organized, accountable and comfortable taking ownership. You know restoration is fast-moving, and you can keep multiple jobs, people, customers and administrative details moving at the same time. You communicate well, follow through on commitments and aren't afraid to step in and solve problems when something needs attention.
- What You'll Do Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes Coordinate with management, project managers, technicians and other team members Manage and maintain restoration job files and documentation Coordinate job scheduling, assignments and customer communication Serve as a key point of contact for customers and field personnel Track outstanding administrative tasks and ensure follow-through Support billing, invoicing, payments and other administrative functions Maintain accurate employee, customer and job records Help ensure documentation is complete, organized and up to date Support office staff and help establish efficient processes and procedures Assist management with reporting, special projects and operational needs Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and accountability #
