Office Manager

  • $60,000
  • 75,000 plus Medical, 401k, PTO Full-Time | In-Office (no remote work) Beverly Hills, CA
  • Help bring structure and accountability to a growing restoration operation.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a background in property damage / disaster restoration to oversee day-to-day office operations and help keep the business organized, responsive and running efficiently. This is an important role within the company's current restructuring. We're looking for someone who understands the pace and demands of restoration and can take ownership of the administrative side of the operation.
  • What We're Looking For Property / disaster restoration experience is required.
We're looking for someone who has worked in the restoration industry and understands how the office supports emergency mitigation, restoration and reconstruction operations. Office or administrative management within a restoration company Restoration job files and documentation Scheduling and coordinating field personnel Customer service in a restoration environment Billing, invoicing or other restoration-related administrative processes Restoration software and systems Microsoft Office / Excel Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple active jobs Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, QuickBooks or other restoration/office management software is a plus.

You know restoration is fast-moving, and you can keep multiple jobs, people, customers and administrative details moving at the same time. You communicate well, follow through on commitments and aren't afraid to step in and solve problems when something needs attention.
  • What You'll Do Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes Coordinate with management, project managers, technicians and other team members Manage and maintain restoration job files and documentation Coordinate job scheduling, assignments and customer communication Serve as a key point of contact for customers and field personnel Track outstanding administrative tasks and ensure follow-through Support billing, invoicing, payments and other administrative functions Maintain accurate employee, customer and job records Help ensure documentation is complete, organized and up to date Support office staff and help establish efficient processes and procedures Assist management with reporting, special projects and operational needs Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and accountability #
