Seasonal, November- May / Full-Time / Part-Time / In Office Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Seasonal Office Administrator to support our tax and accounting office during the busy tax season. The ideal candidate can multitask, prioritize responsibilities, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent client service. Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Previous office administration, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
- Answer and manage a multi-line telephone system.
- Greet clients and provide professional, courteous service.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for multiple partners, including confirming client appointments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality of client, financial and tax information.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, scanning, emailing, printing, document preparation, organizing and maintaining client files.
- Assist tax and accounting partners with administrative tasks during tax season.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking and prioritizing workload.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including in-person, phone and email.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to take direction.
- Professional, respectful, and positive attitude toward clients and coworkers.
Compensation Hourly Pay:
$23.00- $29.
