Designs are offered from 1 MHz to 50 GHz covering the various standard and specialty narrow and wide bands in-between. Ciao Wireless is hiring full-time Senior, Junior and Entry-Level Wire Bonding/RF Amplifier Assembly persons to work at its Camarillo, CA facility. Training is available for those persons with the patience and work ethic to learn should you have little or no experience. General Purpose Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Essential Duties Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls Receive and direct visitors and clients General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, scanning. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Retrieve documents from filing system Handle requests for information and data Resolve administrative problems and inquiries Education/Experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management Key Competencies Communication skills - written and verbal Planning and organizing Prioritizing Problem assessment and problem solving Information gathering and information monitoring Attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility Adaptability Customer service orientation Teamwork Education/Experience High school diploma required as a minimum Or +2 years on the job training and secondary schooling directly related to the position, i.e. technical, skilled trade, etc. Experience Preferred although not required.
