As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk responsibilities, coordinate administrative tasks, and support various departments with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage line phone system, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Handle calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events with precision and promptness Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and coordinate maintenance requests to keep the office running smoothly Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence in a timely manner Experience and Qualification Must be able to speak Chinese and English fluently Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer support Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Excellent organizational skills combined with effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
