Conduct pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and durable systems. Assist in remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills and handyman experience to modify existing structures or install new fixtures. Identify potential sales opportunities during service calls by assessing client needs, explaining product options, and recommending upgrades or additional services. Operate construction site machinery safely, including heavy lifting equipment, while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions to ensure seamless project flow and follow-up. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical components. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques on various construction sites. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of schematics related to plumbing systems, HVAC units, and remodeling plans. Prior experience in sales or customer service within the construction or plumbing industry is highly desirable. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to obtain one for driving company vehicles between job sites. Physical capability for heavy lifting, working at heights, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces as required on construction sites. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, service, and installations of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings. If you have experience in sales, we are particularly interested in hearing from you! The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing services, including slab leak re-routing, sewer repair, drain cleaning, sales, and exceptional customer service. Proficiency in CRM software is required, and experience with HouseCall Pro is a plus. A strong understanding of local plumbing codes and a proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, and gas leak testing and repair are essential. Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools Plan the layout of the plumbing, using drawings Perform maintenance of water supply systems Install and maintain gas, water and sewer systems The ability to regularly move, lift, and carry objects weighing 50+lbs or more to include water heaters, tubs, and materials Must be able to climb ladders, work overhead, manipulate and maneuver tools Must be able to crawl under spaces and tight spaces , and maneuver Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling required Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential hazards. Assemble and install valves, fittings, and other plumbing components. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks. Collaborate with HVAC professionals to ensure integrated system functionality. Perform welding tasks as necessary for pipe connections or repairs. Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
Qualifications Plumbers:
Minimum 2-4 years experience and thorough knowledge of re-routes, re-pipes, installation of water heaters,hydro jetting, faucets, garbage disposals, valves, toilets, drain cleaning etc A positive attitude is a must and honest Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of sewer, gas and water systems Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards.
