Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable:
Enter customer orders, generate shipping documents, prepare invoices, post payments, prepare bank deposits, and handle light collections.
Accounts Payable:
Issue purchase orders, receive and process inventory, enter expense invoices, monitor due dates, and process payments.
Payroll:
Record employee hours and process payroll through an online service. Inventory Management
•: Maintain accurate internal inventory counts and track customer-owned inventories. General Office Support
•: Answer phones, manage email correspondence, maintain organized filing systems, and conduct internet research as needed. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Clear verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a small team As a key member of a small, interdependent team, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the business—both contributing independently and supporting your colleagues. Compensation is commensurate with experience and will be based on the candidate's skills, background, and potential to contribute meaningfully to the team.
Pay:
$27.54 - $39.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
