  • 55,000 Base + Bonus + Profit + Benefits Our client, a leading global consulting firm with a collaborative, team-oriented culture, is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Office Facilities Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of its San Francisco office.
This role is ideal for a warm, proactive, and highly organized professional who enjoys creating a seamless, fast paced, client-facing, office experience and is interested in growing within administration, office operations, and executive support. What You'll Do Manage front-of-house operations and provide a welcoming, polished experience for clients, visitors, and employees. Direct incoming calls, messages, and office communications to the appropriate teams. Coordinate conference rooms, catering, office logistics, and internal events. Maintain office supplies, inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities-related requests. Support onboarding logistics for new hires and contractors. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipping processes. Assist Executive Assistants with time, expense, and administrative tasks. Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment. Support ad hoc administrative and operational projects across departments. Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. Prior experience in office administration, reception, hospitality, medical office support, or a related client-facing environment preferred. Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and stay composed in a fast-paced setting. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and a willingness to jump in where needed. Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently. Interest in long-term growth within administration, operations, or executive support. Schedule and Location Full-time, fully onsite schedule based in San Francisco, CA. Hours are 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM. Compensation The expected base salary range is $52,500
  • $55,000, plus a 10% bonus, 20% profit share, and comprehensive benefits. Estimated total compensation is $69,300
  • $72,600.
