About the Position We are looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Senior Office Administrator / Account Manager to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our growing tree service company. This individual will play a key role in managing office operations, supporting customers, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth communication between the office and field crews. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable (A/R) , invoicing, and collections. Oversee cash flow tracking and assist with financial management. Maintain accurate records using bookkeeping software (QuickBooks experience preferred). Prepare and organize financial reports . Ensure compliance with basic tax documentation and business recordkeeping. Handle general office administration and day-to-day operations. Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, emails, and assisting clients. Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of tree crews and equipment. Maintain customer accounts and communicate project updates. Support management with administrative and operational tasks. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or account management. Experience with bookkeeping/accounting software (QuickBooks or similar). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience in the construction, landscaping, or tree service industry is a plus but not required.
Pay:
Up to $90,000.00 per year
