Our private dental office is searching for an Office Manager to join our dedicated team of dental professionals! Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop front office and clinical support staff Foster a positive and collaborative office culture Conduct team meetings and communicate practice goals and expectations Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members Manage employee performance and accountability Serve as the primary point of contact for staff concerns and operational issues Practice Operations Oversee daily office operations and workflow efficiency Ensure schedules are optimized to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction Monitor patient flow and address operational bottlenecks Ensure compliance with company policies and dental industry regulations Maintain office systems, equipment coordination, and vendor relationships Financial Performance Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and office goals Support revenue growth initiatives and patient retention efforts Review production, collections, and scheduling metrics Help manage office expenses and payroll-related processes Ensure accurate financial and administrative reporting Patient Experience Promote exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey Resolve patient concerns in a professional and timely manner Build strong relationships with patients and families Ensure front office processes support a positive patient experience Human Resources & Compliance Assist with employee relations issues Support timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and staffing needs Ensure completion of required training and compliance activities Maintain confidentiality of employee and patient information Qualifications 5+ years of prior dental office management experience is highly preferred Experience with verifying insurance is required Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a must Bilingual in Spanish is a plus INDHROM00
