We are a small materials testing and inspection company based in El Centro, CA seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This position is essential to keeping our office organized and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable handling both administrative and financial responsibilities in a small business environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails Perform general administrative and office support tasks Manage QuickBooks (invoicing, expenses, and financial tracking) Process payroll and assist with basic accounting tasks Track and manage invoices, deadlines, and payments Handle insurance payments and documentation Assist with organizing tax-related documents Coordinate schedules and communication with field staff Ensure all records and files are accurate and up to date
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Good communication skills (English required) Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a small office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using QuickBooks Experience with payroll and invoicing
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Full-time (40 hours per week)
