Early Childhood Education Environment Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Job Summary TomorrowLand Academy is seeking a warm, professional, and highly supportive Bilingual Front Office Administrator who is fluent in Mandarin and English and enjoys working in a busy early childhood education environment . This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with a regular schedule of 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in preschool, childcare, education, customer service, or family-facing environments and genuinely enjoys interacting with young children and their families. In addition to front office and admissions responsibilities, this is a highly hands-on and flexible support role . Our school has 7 classrooms , and the Front Office team works closely with teachers and staff throughout the school. The person in this position should be comfortable stepping away from routine administrative duties when needed to provide flexible, team-oriented support across different classrooms and school operations . We are looking for someone who understands American workplace culture and customer service expectations , communicates professionally with families and coworkers, and is confident interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. Why You'll Love Working With Us Positive, family-oriented workplace that values teamwork and growth Supportive leadership and professional development opportunities Opportunity to work closely with young children, teachers, and families A dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same Opportunity to use your creativity in marketing, events, and community engagement Meaningful work helping families begin their preschool journey A collaborative environment where team members support one another across all 7 classrooms ResponsibilitiesFamily & Guest Relations Greet and welcome families, children, and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care Lead bilingual Mandarin-English school tours , clearly and confidently explaining our programs, curriculum, and educational philosophy Guide families through the enrollment process and respond to admissions inquiries with accuracy and compassion Build positive relationships with families and provide a welcoming, professional front office experience Communicate with families in a manner consistent with American customer service standards and workplace expectations Communication & Family Support Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, text messages, emails, and in-person questions from families Facilitate communication between teachers and families regarding children's daily experiences and progress Help families feel informed, supported, and connected to the school Communicate effectively with teachers and staff across different classrooms Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and being part of an early childhood education environment Administrative & Data Management Enter, update, and maintain family information in school systems such as Procare, Intellikid Systems, Google Classroom, and Zoom Track admissions inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and enrollment information accurately Maintain organized records and support daily front office operations Handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Classroom & School-Wide Team Support This is an important part of the position. TomorrowLand Academy has 7 classrooms , and our Front Office team is expected to be flexible and supportive beyond routine office duties. Provide occasional hands-on support to classrooms and teachers when needed Assist with school operations and classroom needs during busy periods Help coordinate communication and support between the front office and classrooms Be willing to step in wherever support is needed to help the school run smoothly Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other staff members Maintain a positive, helpful, and team-first attitude The ideal candidate enjoys being around children and is comfortable working in an active preschool environment rather than remaining exclusively at a desk. Events & Marketing Support school-wide events such as Halloween, graduation, book fairs, family events, and special activities Create simple and attractive flyers, videos, social media materials, and other promotional content Assist with school marketing and community outreach initiatives Help create a welcoming and engaging experience for prospective and current families Additional Responsibilities Provide occasional overtime support for school events and special activities as needed Assist with other school operations and projects as assigned Maintain flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced early childhood education environment QualificationsRequired Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin and English , both spoken and written At least 2 years of experience in customer service, office administration, admissions, education, childcare, or a related field Previous experience working in the United States is strongly preferred Previous experience in customer service or other family-facing roles in the U.S. Understanding of American workplace culture, professional communication, and customer service expectations Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for early childhood education Enjoys interacting with and being around young children ages 2-6 Comfortable working closely with teachers, children, families, and administrative staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable, flexible, and willing to provide support wherever needed Comfortable working in a busy, active preschool environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, childcare center, or other early childhood education setting Experience communicating with parents and families in a professional environment Experience with school admissions, enrollment, or family services Experience using Procare, Intellikid Systems, Google Workspace, Zoom , or similar platforms Basic graphic design, social media, photography, or video creation skills Experience supporting school events or community activities Who We're Looking For... Pay:
