Also requires visit to Oceanside offices 2 times per week. 18-22 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Great position for someone in need of a flexible schedule. Qualified candidates must be professional, dependable, punctual, and organized.
  • Reception Duties:
  • Greets all visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answers, screens and forwards incoming calls. Signs for packages, sorts and distributes mail. Conducts tours of the building and available office suites in Encinitas and Oceanside offices.
  • Office Admin.
Duties:
  • Maintains conference room scheduling.
Executes lease agreements and addendums for office suites and mailbox rentals. Maintains accurate records of office and mailbox tenants. Creates invoices and accepts payments. Orders office supplies and maintains inventory. Maintains appliances, printers and copier machines. Light cleaning of common area kitchen and restrooms. Communicates with building owner regarding building needs and maintenance. Assists with other clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, formatting documents, proofreading and other tasks as assigned.
  • Working Requirements:
  • Minimum of a high school education.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work effectively without constant supervision. Must accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively and courteously. Organized and ability to keep a neat work space. Must have reliable transportation.
