located in the US. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes that contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional cardiac care. Responsibilities Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed Oversee scheduling and calendar management for the team Handle human resources functions including payroll and employee relations Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement processes Implement budgeting practices to optimize operational efficiency Coordinate events and meetings as required Ensure compliance with medical office standards and regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development Proficiency in office management software and QuickBooks Excellent communication and organizational abilities Knowledge of human resources practices, payroll, and budgeting Familiarity with medical office management principles is preferred.
