Office Administrator JP Ready Mix Lake Forest, CA Job Details Full-time $25.02 - $30.13 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Spanish High school diploma or GED Clerical experience Office management Appointment scheduling Full Job Description Office Administrator Job Summary JP Ready Mix is seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and help ensure efficient communication between customers, drivers, dispatch, and management. This role is responsible for administrative support, office coordination, data entry, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced construction and ready-mix environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, able to multitask, and comfortable handling both clerical and operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Assist customers with orders, scheduling, and general inquiries Prepare, organize, and maintain office files and records Enter invoices, delivery tickets, and job information accurately Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and office staff Schedule appointments, meetings, and deliveries as needed Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary Support payroll and HR paperwork coordination Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently Assist management with reports, documentation, and special projects Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous office administration or clerical experience preferred Construction or ready-mix industry experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Preferred Skills Experience with invoicing or accounting software Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Knowledge of dispatching or logistics coordination Basic bookkeeping experience Work Environment Office-based position Full-time Monday-Friday with occasional overtime as needed Fast-paced construction and transportation environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within the company Paid time off and holidays Health benefits (if applicable) About JP Ready Mix JP Ready Mix is committed to providing reliable concrete delivery and exceptional customer service.
