About the Role
INFACO USA
is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional to support daily operations and serve as a key point of contact for our customers and dealers. This role is central to the business. You will work closely with the General Manager and support sales, service, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer & Sales Support Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Provide product information and support to dealers and end users Coordinate with the sales team to support dealer needs Administrative & Office Management Answer and manage incoming phone calls Handle general administrative tasks and office coordination Maintain organized records of orders, customers, and communications Accounting & Bookkeeping Support Process invoices, payments, and customer deposits Assist with accounts receivable and payable Maintain accurate financial records in company systems (Zoho preferred) Logistics & Operations Coordinate shipments and track deliveries Work with warehouse/3PL partners to ensure order fulfillment Monitor inventory and assist with restocking processes Qualifications 3+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, or customer service Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with accounting or bookkeeping (preferred) Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Shopify, or similar is a plus) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a small team environment Proactive mindset—someone who takes ownership, not just direction What We're Looking For Someone reliable and consistent (this role needs stability) Comfortable talking to customers—professional but approachable Able to handle pressure during busy season (Oct-Apr for you) Not just reactive—someone who sees problems before they happen Trustworthy with sensitive financial and customer information
Compensation & Structure Salary:
$55,000 - $60,000 depending on experience Full-time position

Livermore, CA Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
