Finding the right person is very important to us. We are a small, patient-centered practice that values kindness, professionalism, teamwork, excellent communication, and a positive work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, friendly, computer-literate, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team. Strong organizational skills and a welcoming, patient-focused approach are essential. Dental front-office experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person. Experience with Open Dental and back-office procedures is a plus. Because we are a small practice, the successful candidate must be willing to assist with sterilization, room turnover, and occasional chairside or back-office duties as needed.
Responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
  • Communicating with patients by phone, email, and in person
  • Treatment coordination
  • Insurance-related tasks
  • Processing payments
  • General front-office administration
  • Assisting with sterilization, room turnover, and occasional back-office duties Competitive compensation is offered based on experience.
