You will help oversee the daily operations, see new patients, coordinate with the doctor to manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and deliver exceptional patient service. You will drive the effectiveness of the practice, add to our positive work environment, and this position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Responsibilities Coordinate the daily activities of new patients, the team, including admin and the orthodontist. Oversee treatment coordination and conversions Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, OSHA
standards, and state health policies Manage notes accurately, including medical records and billing documentation, while maintaining confidentiality Implement and monitor office policies related to patient management software, healthcare practice management systems, and electronic health records (EHR) systems Help prepare hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to foster a high-performing team Coordinate with healthcare providers on acute care and managed care cases ensuring optimal utilization management and adherence to health regulation policies Requirements 3 years Orthodontic Experience Bachelors Degree Strong understanding of orthodontic vocabulary and the unique needs of an orthodontic office Excellent communication skills and with a desire to be a servant leader Caring and Empathetic Peronsonality Type High Internal Locus of Motivation, Discipline, and Personal Integrity Knowledge of dental billing processes and dental insurance claims Prior experience working in an
