What Makes This Role Different Direct access to ownership & decision-making Defined growth path into senior operations or leadership roles High-level involvement in scaling systems, workflows, and team performance Be part of a company building something meaningful — not just maintaining status quo Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations for termite and pest control services Coordinate and manage inspection scheduling, treatments, and wood repair projects Review and assist in WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) report writing Utilize TermiteKiosk (or similar software) for reporting, documentation, and workflow tracking Ensure compliance with California Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB) rules and regulations Act as the communication hub between clients, agents, technicians, and leadership Manage job pipelines from inspection → report → treatment → completion Support estimating, follow-ups, and conversion of recommended work into booked jobs Improve and streamline office systems, CRM workflows, and reporting processes Assist in training and developing team members as the company grows Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 1+ year experience in termite and pest control industry Working knowledge of SPCB Rules & Regulations Experience with WDO inspections and report writing Familiarity with TermiteKiosk or similar WDO software Experience coordinating wood repairs and local termite treatments Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Who You Are You're someone who: Takes ownership , not just direction Thinks in terms of solutions and systems Wants to grow into leadership , not stay stagnant Thrives in an environment where performance matters Understands the importance of accuracy, compliance, and client experience Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary (based on experience) Performance-based growth opportunities Clear pathway into operations leadership / senior management Ongoing training and professional development Why Trident?
