Office ManagerPosition SummaryWe are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, efficient, and welcoming work environment. This role will support administrative functions, facilities coordination, vendor management, and employee experience initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations and workplace logisticsCoordinate vendors, office services, and facility maintenance requestsOversee office supplies, inventory, and budget trackingSupport onboarding, seating arrangements, and employee needsPlan team meetings, events, and office activitiesManage conference rooms, mail distribution, and office communicationsProvide administrative support to leadership as needed
