Job Description
Description Office Manager Position Summary We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, efficient, and welcoming work environment. This role will support administrative functions, facilities coordination, vendor management, and employee experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities
+ Manage day-to-day office operations and workplace logistics
+ Coordinate vendors, office services, and facility maintenance requests
+ Oversee office supplies, inventory, and budget tracking
+ Support onboarding, seating arrangements, and employee needs
+ Plan team meetings, events, and office activities
+ Manage conference rooms, mail distribution, and office communications
+ Provide administrative support to leadership as needed Requirements Qualifications + 3+ years of office management, workplace, or administrative experience
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
+ Experience managing vendors and office operations
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace tools
