OFFICE MANAGER
Slater Cosme, PC, a well-respected and established Pasadena law firm of five attorneys and five supporting team members, specializing in trusts, estate planning, real estate, business law, and litigation in those practice areas. We are currently interviewing for a full-time Office Manager with a minimum of 3+ years experience in law firm management and operations, human resources, payroll processing, and personnel management.
Salary :
$70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications :
3+ years of office management and operations experience 1 year payroll processing experience 1 year A/R, A/P, and human resources experience Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Certifications in Human Resources or related fields a plus Must have strong computer literacy and be proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficient with or ability to quickly learn HRIS and ADP payroll system
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the day-to-day office administration and operations to achieve firm goals and objectives. Provide daily, on-site supervision and support to team members during firm business hours. Coordinate and prepare bi-weekly payroll and resolve with team members any time entries or paid time off adjustments. Have excellent knowledge of human resources matters and ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local employment laws. Ensure that firm Employee Handbook, standards, and policies are implemented and followed. Supervise and manage monthly billing, A/P, A/R, and the firm's financial and banking operations. Candidate must possess : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude and ability to work well with and manage and maintain relationships successfully with staff, firm clients, attorneys, allied professionals, and other third parties. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
