We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team at Anchor Health. As a Business Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business office. Facilitates our onboarding processes with new hires Assist with appointment setup and scheduling via Outlook and Zoom Places orders for background checks Uses E-Verify system to check work authorization Assemble personnel folders and disseminate documents via DocuSign May assist with filing, printing, and other administrative support tasks as needed Interacts with new hires, welcomes them aboard, provides facility tours, etc., answers routine questions Provides recruiting support Coordinates interview schedules and maintains applicant tracking systems Maintains verification of licensure and CPR on outside personnel Inputs required data into the staffing office computer systems Interacts with nursing management, staff, and public in an efficient and courteous manner Other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications:
Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managers Demonstrates sound judgment in resolving routine matters Demonstrates ability to effectively use HR systems and software programs such as SAP, BrassRing, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Consistently demonstrates the ability to evaluate and appropriately address privacy and confidentiality concerns when dealing with others (or associates outside the department or group) Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team Demonstrates ability to prioritize assigned work and complete in a timely mannerSchedule:
