Full Job Description Job Description:
Pacific Rims, a family-owned wheel repair and rim restoration shop serving customers since 1995, is looking for a reliable, organized Office Administrator to help keep our front office running smoothly. This is a versatile role covering front desk, customer service, and basic bookkeeping duties.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer phones in a friendly, professional manner Schedule appointments and manage the front desk Answer customer questions about services and provide basic order/status updates Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate financial records Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (data entry, reconciling receipts, tracking expenses) Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper) Support the shop team with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge a plus Comfortable with computers, email, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, QuickBooks) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Friendly, professional demeanor with customers
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch (12:00 PM•1:00 PM)
Pay:
$17.00•$20.00 per hour
