Job Description

California Respite Care is currently seeking to fill an Office Administrator position. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and coordinating service authorizations to ensure compliance with program requirements and funding guidelines. Maintains accurate records, verifies eligibility, communicates with clients, providers, and internal teams, tracks authorization status, and supports timely service delivery. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. California Respite Care is an In-home Respite Care Agency in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We provide services for persons with developmental disabilities in their home. Our service is designed to help parents/caregivers caring for someone with a disability to take a much needed break from their everyday challenging routine, providing parents and families temporary relief to relax, run errands, work, etc, while keeping their child engaged in safe, fun and functional activities in their home.
Requirements:
Spanish Required Bachelors Degree from an accredited University OR three years experience working in an office setting Must have strong administrative support experience Excellent communication and written skills, must be highly organized Excellent customer service skills / Must be extremely friendly with a positive attitude Must be proficient in Word, Excel, power point and E-mail Must be able to learn or create new systems if needed 3 Professional references Work well with others in office setting General understanding about Developmental Disabilities ( Ex. Autism) Typing at least 50 words per minute
