  • Full-time We are a high-performing, fast-paced pediatric and orthodontic practice seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team, strengthen operations, and elevate the overall patient experience.
This is a leadership role for someone who is organized, accountable, and confident in managing both people and systems. You will work closely with leadership to build structure, improve workflows, and support a strong, positive team culture. What You'll Do Lead and support the front office and clinical teams with a visible, hands-on presence Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a high level of patient care Monitor schedules proactively to identify gaps and drive production through recalls and pending treatment Implement and maintain systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures Hold the team accountable to performance expectations, attendance, and policies Review and track key metrics including schedule utilization, case acceptance, and recall effectiveness Partner with leadership on staffing, training, and team development Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones focused on performance and growth Ensure strong communication across all departments What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Office Manager in a dental, pediatric, or orthodontic practice Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, hold accountability, and build trust Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics Experience with Dentrix (or similar dental software) preferred Excellent communication skills with both team members and patients A proactive mindset!
