In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and facilitating efficient project execution. Your proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail will help drive our mission forward. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping manage daily operations, communications, scheduling, and coordination across internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up action items Draft professional communications, emails, and correspondence Coordinate internal and external meetings with executives, clients, and partners Assist with project coordination and follow-through across departments Organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive review Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and client information Support planning of company meetings, events, and executive travel Assist with administrative tasks related to invoices, contracts, and vendors when needed Qualifications Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting C-level executives preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools Preferred Experience Experience working in financial services, fintech, insurance, or technology companies Experience coordinating executive meetings and presentations Ability to work independently and anticipate needs before they arise Why Join Us You will have the opportunity to work directly with company leadership in a fast-growing fintech platform.
