Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Maintain office files and records
- Assist with training and development of office staff
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members
- Implement and maintain efficient office management procedures
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience:
- Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work This position requires someone who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of an office, while also providing support to staff members.
