Office Administrator / Patient Growth & Sales Specialist GameDay Men's Health - Riverside, CA About GameDay Men's Health GameDay Men's Health is a growing men's health and wellness clinic helping patients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Our core services include testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), medically supervised GLP-1 weight-loss programs, peptide therapies, erectile-dysfunction treatments, vitamin injections, and other personalized wellness solutions. Position Summary We are seeking an organized, energetic, and sales-oriented Office Administrator / Patient Growth & Sales Specialist. This hybrid position combines office administration, patient engagement, sales, community outreach, and marketing support. The primary goal is to grow clinic revenue by strengthening relationships with current patients, identifying relevant cross-selling opportunities, reactivating past patients, and generating new leads through community outreach and social-media presence. Key Responsibilities Patient Growth and Sales Build strong relationships with current and prospective patients. Learn and confidently communicate our
TRT, GLP-1
weight-loss, peptide, and wellness services. Introduce patients to relevant additional services based on their needs and interests, while leaving clinical recommendations to licensed providers. Follow up with prospective, current, and inactive patients by phone, text, email, and in person. Support referral programs, promotions, membership initiatives, and patient-retention efforts. Track lead activity, conversions, reactivations, cross-sales, and revenue performance. Marketing and Community Outreach Generate leads through local outreach and relationships with gyms, businesses, fitness professionals, and community organizations. Assist with social-media content by gathering ideas, photos, videos, testimonials, clinic updates, and educational topics. Help maintain a consistent, professional, and engaging social-media presence. Work closely with the clinic's lead bookers and digital-marketing agency to coordinate lead follow-up, monitor lead quality and conversion performance, communicate feedback, and improve patient-acquisition results. Office Administration and Clinic Performance Support front-office operations and help provide a welcoming, professional patient experience. Maintain patient records, process payments, and assist with general administrative duties. Share responsibility for incoming calls and patient inquiries with other team members. Direct medical questions to the appropriate licensed provider and protect patient confidentiality. Monitor recurring payments, follow up promptly on declined credit cards and outstanding balances, and help keep patient accounts current. Maintain an accurate patient census, including new enrollments, active patients, cancellations, pauses, and reactivations. Track and communicate key performance indicators—including leads, conversions, patient count, retention, sales, and collections—to clinic leadership and GameDay corporate accurately and on schedule. Qualifications Experience in sales, patient engagement, customer service, office administration, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or a related field is preferred. Confident initiating conversations, following up consistently, and discussing additional services with patients. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Comfortable using phone, text, email, scheduling, payment, and social-media platforms. Able to work independently while collaborating with clinical staff, lead bookers, and marketing partners. Experience in men's health, hormone therapy, weight loss, medical aesthetics, fitness, or wellness is a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is warm, polished, persuasive, and motivated by measurable results. This is not a traditional front-desk-only position. Success will be measured through patient experience, administrative accuracy, lead generation, conversion, retention, cross-selling, collections, and overall revenue growth. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. Performance incentives may be available based on sales and clinic growth.
