Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office and help ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. This full-time role will be responsible for maintaining office supplies and resources, coordinating corporate services, managing key vendor and service contracts, and handling basic bookkeeping, payroll, and invoice payments. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, organized, and an excellent communicator who can effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies and coordinate purchasing as needed. Manage corporate contracts and service relationships, including insurance, healthcare, payroll services, and other administrative vendors. Complete payroll timely and accurately each pay period. Pay bills timely and accurately 3 times a month or as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information and relevant account details. Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, contracts, and other administrative documentation. Monitor contract terms, renewals, deadlines, and required documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure services are delivered effectively. Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years relevant work experience. More experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic bookkeeping or accounts payable experience, including invoice processing and vendor management. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing confidential and business-sensitive information. Proficiency with standard office and business software is helpful.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
