Hours:
40 hours per week with work schedule option and rotating weekend shifts Monday
•Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm ORMonday
•Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (9 hours) and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (8 hours), off every other

•6 months, depending on program needs As an Assistant Office Manager, you will: Assist the Office Manager with organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all non-clinical operations of the program office. A high level of confidentiality is required in this position. Provide oversight of reception function, including direct supervision of staff. Bill and maintain accounts payable for all vendors. Accumulate and code invoices, statements and receipts for checks written and submits documents for approval.
May perform data entry, reporting, and tracking information for program management, including billings and corrections as needed.
Serve as training and safety coordinator for the program and is the main point of contact for Relias.
Assist with problem solving any identified areas of concern regarding office needs for staff, such as computer or IT issues.
Coordinate inventory and salvage tracking.
Provide confidential administrative support for program management in the form of correspondence, communications and/or recordkeeping.

Our Intensive Mobile Psychosocial Assertive Community Treatment programs (Downtown IMPACT, IMPACT, Senior IMPACT and South Bay IMPACT) provide intensive, community-based case management services for homeless adults throughout San Diego County. We deliver fully integrated services to clients diagnosed with a serious mental illness, as well as individuals with co-occurring, mental health, and substance disorders. Our programs utilize the evidence-based practice of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) to support our clients in the higher level of community care and to assist them in reaching their goals and living a life not dominated by mental illness. Our team is a model of care, providing treatment, rehabilitation, and case management supports. CRF staff members work together to meet the needs of San Diego County's residents who are experiencing mental/behavioral health challenges.
