We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily workplace operations. This long-term contract position will oversee administrative coordination, calendar management, front-desk support, and office services that keep the environment running smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day office activities to ensure an efficient and well-organized workplace environment.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and shared calendars to support smooth internal operations.
  • Arrange meal orders for the office while tracking timing, delivery, and related details.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish office materials to maintain consistent supply availability.
  • Support accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and assisting with expense-related administrative work.
  • Welcome visitors, answer incoming communications, and provide attentive front-desk assistance.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, document organization, and routine office correspondence.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to address operational needs and improve office support processes.
