Overview:
The Office Administrator manages and oversees operations across the organization's office. This involves administrative tasks, ensuring the office has adequate support to work efficiently. Responsible for the day-to-day flow and upkeep of the office such as organization and tidiness, welcoming visitors, answering phones, dispersing mail, tech support, managing conference room calendars, and providing support to outside field and sales members along with new hire onboarding tasks.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining overall tidiness and organization of the office Welcoming visitors and providing them with general support Answering phones and directing them to the appropriate party Sorting and dispersing of mail and managing postage machine Creating FedEx labels for overnight shipments Coordinating office events and facilitate catering Setting up meetings in conference room via Zoom Managing inventory of all office supplies and completing orders for necessary items Responsible for keeping kitchen fully stocked with snacks and drinks and running necessary maintenance in kitchen appliances Work closely with IT in tracking of service requests and follow up on status until completion Approve invoices Working with property management company of building for any maintenance requests/parking Manage copier leases and correspond with account manager for printing supplies and maintenance Coordinate catering/food orders for frame walks out at jobsites Work with storage company on pick up or drop off of file/boxes Manage inventory and ordering of field wear such as shirts, jackets, safety vests, and hard hats Provide support for all departments when needed
Qualifications/Experience:

Compensation:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00
