We're looking for an ambitious, highly motivated person who enjoys connecting with people, keeping things organized, and making progress happen every day. You'll work from our brand-new offices in the heart of Silicon Valley, alongside a young, energetic team. This is a chance to be closely involved in high-end homebuilding projects, work with premium customers, and grow with a company expanding into residential and commercial development. What you'll do Run daily office operations and keep schedules, communications, and records organized. Welcome customers and visitors, answer inquiries, and follow up with prospective clients. Keep customers informed about project progress, next steps, and important updates. Call city departments to follow up on permits, inspections, applications, and requirements. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and our internal team to keep work moving. Support proposals, contracts, customer documents, invoices, and payment follow-ups. Spot missing information or delays, take initiative, and follow through to resolution. Help shape better processes as the company grows. What you'll bring The energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the initiative to take ownership of your work! At least 3 years of experience in office management, customer relations, operations, or a similar role. Warm, polished communication and confidence working with customers and professional partners. Strong organization, attention to detail, and a habit of following through. Comfort with common office and customer management tools. Experience in construction, homebuilding, architecture, real estate, or development is a plus, but curiosity and drive matter just as much.
