Provide support and be a liaison between Project Manager and Vendor/Contract Management to facilitate task orders, change orders, requisitions, and other matters handled through Primavera Unifier. Coordinate, manage, and prioritize Project Manager's duties related to other assigned responsibilities, executive meetings, and board required reporting. Coordinate, manage, and prioritize Project Manager's interactions with field staff. Coordinate, manage, and assist Caltrans Oversight Engineer in the prioritization, follow up, and any technical support required for timely response. Utilize software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Unifier, and the Microsoft Office Suite of products to provide support for all functions. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role. Experience with highway construction highly preferred Proven track record of effective communication within team and with stakeholders. Experienced user of relevant software and tools. Computer literate with deep experience in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to teach and/or tutor staff in the use of Office applications. The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $195,000. The salary offered will be based on the applicant's qualifications, education, experience and work location.
