Role Description The Multi Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Rosa, CA, responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple H&R Block offices. This role manages office staffing needs, schedules, and workflow to ensure efficient service delivery during peak and off-season periods. The Multi Office Manager coaches and supports office teams, promotes a client-centered service culture, and ensures consistent application of company policies and procedures. They monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and collaborate with leadership to meet financial and operational goals. Additional responsibilities include overseeing office administration, coordinating use and maintenance of office equipment, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and support office teams. Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations and office workflows. Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and related tools to ensure smooth, efficient office functioning. Experience in multi-unit or retail/branch management, preferably in a client-facing service environment. Proven leadership abilities, including team coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with attention to detail. Comfort with basic financial and operational metrics; prior experience in tax or financial services is beneficial but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, management, or a related field is an advantage.
