full-time About the Position A professional financial services office in Redding, CA is seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Part-Time Office Administrator / Client Services Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, managing schedules, and providing excellent client service. The successful candidate will work closely with financial advisors and clients to help ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Communicate with clients regarding appointments, scheduling, and general office needs. Schedule and coordinate annual client reviews and other client appointments. Help manage the office calendar and daily schedules. Prepare, organize, scan, copy, and maintain administrative paperwork and documentation. Assist with basic data entry and document management. Provide administrative support to financial advisors and office staff. Operate printers, copiers, scanners, and other standard office equipment. Perform basic troubleshooting of office equipment when needed. Greet and assist clients and visitors. Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment. Handle confidential client and business information with professionalism and discretion. Prioritize multiple tasks and assist with daily office operations. Qualifications & Skills Strong office administration and administrative assistance skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
