About the Role eGain is looking for an organized, resourceful, and proactive Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and support key business functions. This role is central to creating a welcoming, efficient workplace, while also contributing to Sales Operations initiatives. The ideal candidate is a versatile self-starter who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Office Management Foster a welcoming and efficient office environment for eGain employees. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities maintenance, general upkeep of the workplace, and coordinating travel arrangements. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure a well-stocked and functional workspace. Sales Operations Support Perform planning and analysis activities for sales operations, including reporting and tracking of key metrics. Develop actionable insights and recommendations to help improve overall sales team effectiveness. Support cross-functional coordination with the Sales team as business needs arise. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in office administration, executive support, or a related administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
