We offer Implants to Invisalign. We care about our patients and our team, and we run the office to succeed. We are looking for a reliable leader who gets things done.
The Role:
Operations / Office Manager You will run the day-to-day operation of our Tustin Ranch Office and be accountable for its results. You will lead the front and back office team, keep the schedule full and productive, and make sure patients get the care they need. What You Will Do Work directly with the owners to set goals and hit them, including production, collections, and case acceptance. Lead and hold accountable the full team: front desk, treatment coordinators, billers, RDAs, DAs, and hygienists. Coach the team to present treatment with confidence and turn patient questions into scheduled appointments. Build a "can do" culture where problems get solved, not passed along. Handle patient concerns directly, calmly, and with respect. Keep records accurate and the office compliant with all regulations. What We Need From You 3 to 5 years of dental office management experience. This is required. A proven record of improving case acceptance, production, or collections. Comfort leading staff and talking with patients in the same day, often the same hour. Dependability. You show up, follow through, and own the outcome. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
What We Offer Base salary:
$65,000 to $95,000 per year. Performance bonus tied to case acceptance and office results, with total pay of $115,000 or more possible. 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.
