Job Description

Job Summary Agricultural Distributing, Inc., a well-established manufacturing company in Woodland, is currently seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to perform all Office Management and Human Resources activities as well as all company-wide accounting functions. Duties include performing daily office tasks and building management activities, plus HR functions such as on-boarding, employee benefits, employee handbook, EDD reporting, employee file maintenance, and related employment practices. This individual will also be responsible for payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, corporate bank account reconciliations, tax payments and returns, monthly financial statement reconciliation, and collections. This position requires the ability to work in an environment where multi-tasking is the norm, excellent communications skills are essential, and customer service is a priority. The ability to interact effectively with vendors, customers, and fellow employees in a positive, energetic manner is a must. The successful candidate will have at least three years of Office Management/HR and bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Possession of an Associate's degree is preferred. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Word, and Excel is required; knowledge of SYSPRO is a plus. Solid organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail are a must. The person in this position will be asked to help in many different aspects of the company, so flexibility is essential. Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
