Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, data entry processes, and accurate record-keeping using spreadsheets and productivity software Coordinate calendar management, schedule appointments, meetings, and events efficiently Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support Prepare correspondence, Word processing documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail Assist with client communication and customer support to ensure excellent service delivery Utilize computer skills and technical proficiency to troubleshoot basic office equipment and improve workflow efficiency Experience Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking ability Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for handling invoicing or expense tracking Excellent phone communication skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client interactions and team collaboration Strong typing skills combined with good time management practices for efficient task completion Previous personal assistant or front desk experience is beneficial for understanding client communication dynamics Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your organizational talents shine!
