Office Administrator On-Site | Sunday-Thursday | 8:30 AM-5:00
PM Job Summary:
Our client, a globally recognized luxury real estate firm, is seeking an Office Administrator to serve as the operational hub of the office, ensuring the day-to-day business runs seamlessly. If you enjoy providing white-glove service, staying one step ahead, and being the person who keeps everything organized behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
Day-to-Day:
Provide day-to-day support to approximately 40 office employees. Manage office supplies and inventory. Coordinate vendors, including cleaners, window washers, copier delivery/setup, flowers, and other office services. Organize office meetings by coordinating locations, sponsors, and logistics. Plan and coordinate office events. Troubleshoot operational and technology-related issues. De-escalate advisor concerns and provide solutions in a calm, professional manner. Train newly onboarded employees on office systems and technology.
Job Requirements:
Previous real estate experience is preferred. Ability to work an on-site schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:00 pm. Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked. A naturally welcoming, polished, and service-oriented personality. Top-tier verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What You'll Receive:
Salary:
