$60,000 - $80,000 At Silver Heights, the Business Office Manager plays a key role in keeping the building running smoothly. This role oversees the financial operations behind the scenes so the team can stay focused on resident care. We're looking for someone who understands skilled nursing billing and can take ownership of AR, Medicaid, and day-to-day business office functions with confidence. What you'll focus on: Managing Accounts Receivable, including billing, collections, and follow-up Preparing and submitting Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance claims Tracking outstanding balances and ensuring timely reimbursement Leading triple check and ensuring claims are accurate before submission Supporting residents and families with Medicaid applications and processes Posting payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records Generating monthly statements and invoices Communicating with families, payers, and internal teams as needed Supporting month-end close and financial reporting What we're looking for: Experience in a BOM or similar billing role in a skilled nursing facility strongly preferred Healthcare billing experience required if not SNF Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid Ability to manage AR independently and stay organized
